Provide on the job training to all crew personnel in all aspects of operations

Performs work site assessment for safe and productive completion of tasks to be accomplished

Supervises drill helper(s)

Responsible for fueling and light maintenance of equipment and tooling on site.

Responsible for maintaining work site in neat and orderly condition

Responsible for ordering all applicable supplies for the work

Supervises and assists with equipment, tooling & supply unloading, placement, assembly, tear down and reload

Operates the drill rig to advance and retract tooling with drill helper assistance

Coordinates moves and crew changes with supervisor

Assists in training helpers for advancement to driller in training

Participate in daily safety meeting

Assist drillers in all activities of our operations

Maintain all equipment as required by the driller

Maintain site cleanliness

Report any accidents or near misses to the driller

Assists driller with work site assessment for safe and productive completion of tasks to be accomplished

Works under the direction of driller

Assists with fueling and light maintenance of equipment and tooling on site.

Assists with equipment, tooling & supply unloading, placement, assembly, tear down and reloading of same

Assists driller in advancing and retracting tooling by bringing tools to point of operation and returning to stack

Makes tool connections with assistance from driller

Assists driller with subsurface sampling

Assists driller with shut down of equipment and preparation for next shift

Performs daily maintenance on equipment and tooling

Performs housekeeping duties

Inspects work site including safety devices and apprentice, evaluates supply needs and reports to driller

Accountable for the entire project lifecycle from inception to close-out.

Assist in preparing and submitting budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.

Provide day-to-day supervision and direction to the project team. Manages project milestones and budgets measuring performance, and taking necessary corrective actions to maintain the agreed upon schedules, costs and quality.

Actively ensures that the project team works in compliance with all applicable policies and procedures, and upholds Foundex values and commitment to Safety.

Anticipates problems and proactively mitigates all risks that may hinder the success of a project.

Resolves conflicts/controversies, listens and responds appropriately to concerns, and develops solutions.

Interfaces regularly with the customer, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle in order to ensure execution is in-line with commitments and expectations

Attend site visits and bid meetings

Generating & compiling quality control plans for submittals to clients
