Foundex specializes in Offshore Marine drilling operations. In our recent history, we have in excess of 23,000 hours of offshore marine drilling experience. In addition to projects using our own custom drill barges, we have conducted operations from large drill ships such as the M.V. Frank Broderick to more current Dynamic Positioned vessels in the Gulf of Mexico.

We have successfully performed multiple drilling projects along the coasts of British Columbia and Vancouver Island in Canada, as well as projects in Washington State, USA, Panama and the Caribbean. We have performed drilling operations over rivers, lakes, tailings ponds and oceans encountering water depths over 600 feet and borehole depths to more than 400 feet below mudline. Offshore operations include soils investigations and sampling, CPT, Vane, Vibro Core sampling, bedrock and overburden coring.
