Foundex Explorations Ltd. is a Canadian, employee‑owned drilling company with more than 50 years of experience. Headquartered in Abbotsford, British Columbia, with satellite offices in Fort St. John and Fort McMurray, Alberta, Foundex is well positioned to deliver specialized drilling services across Canada. Through Foundex Pacific Inc., Foundex also maintains the ability to execute projects in the United States and internationally. Foundex has built a global reputation for delivering innovative and specialized drilling solutions.
Over more than five decades of operation, Foundex has completed drilling projects on both land and sea. Work has been carried out from offshore platforms, barges, and drill ships; across ice and tundra using specialized containerized systems; and on jungle and mountainous slopes as well as dam faces supported by helicopters and cantilevered platforms. This depth and range of experience has driven the development and manufacture of an extensive inventory of custom drilling, sampling, coring, ground improvement, and testing equipment, enabling Foundex to deliver one of the widest ranges of drilling programs and methodologies in support of complex site investigations and construction projects.
